Mondays
A Women’s Heart: God’s Dwelling Place
(with Beth Moore) – a 10- week study that explores “the fascinating account of the building of the Old Testament tabernacle, the significance of its intricate design, its pivotal role in God’s eternal plan, the grand fulfillment of its purpose by Jesus Christ, and its variety of meanings for your walk with God today.” Monday evenings beginning January 23rd, at the Robertson’s home, 6:45 – 9:00 pm. Golden Needles
If you love to crochet, knit, quilt, sew, or would like to learn, Golden Needles is the place to be. Finished products area donated to charities, hospitals and mission trips. Donations of yarn are also accepted. They meet the second Monday of each month from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at Joan Allen’s home. For more information, call Joan (533-9211).

The STORY

Soul Sisters
Soul Sisters is a once-a-month evening meeting where women can come to connect, fellowship, and have a sense of belonging while being intentional about their spiritual growth. Thursdays
Jesus the One and Only
Women’s Bible study, Thursday mornings from 9:45 to 12:00 noon in Promiseland. If you have any questions, call Shirley at 586-2792.
MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)
We meet the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month, from September through May, 9:00-11:00 a.m. in the Family Life Center. MOPS is for any mother that is pregnant or has an infant to kindergartner. For more information, go to http://www.sbcmops.blogspot.com, or call Spring (928-1378).
Opportunities to serve:
MOPPETS Workers – Would you like to be a super hero to a child? Do you love to hold babies? Would you like to help a young mother maintain her sanity? MOPPETS provides the opportunity for you to do all this and more. If you are interested in providing childcare during MOPS meetings once or twice a month, call Deena (984-5750).
*Childcare:
Childcare is often provided for Bible studies and events. Cost is $5.00 per child per day and should be reserved one week in advance. To set up Child care, contact Linda (984-2494).
Moms in Touch
Mothers meeting to pray for their children and schools. This program runs during the school year. Contact Ginny (533-4642) for information on when and where the different groups meet.
Grandmas in Touch
Grandmas meeting to pray for their grandchildren and their schools. They meet every Wednesday through November 17th from 9:00-10:30 a.m. in the Music Room. They will not meet during the month of December. For information regarding the date the group will begin meeting in 2012, please call Elisabeth (533-8381).
