Mission Statement
To implement lasting change with immediate action by coming alongside the Jamestown community to support and strengthen relational, physical and spiritual needs.
SBC is committed to being ‘boots on the ground’ in the Jamestown community connecting, learning and implementing strategies of healing, health and hope. We are working with caring individuals in the community, leaders and teachers at Jamestown Elementary, and business leaders, understanding the felt and expressed mental, emotional and social needs in the community. The on-going aim is to identify gaps and develop opportunities to meet those. We are supporting and building interactions across all socioeconomic levels, developing relationships, and familiarizing people with helpful resources while helping those in need navigate toward receiving needed services.
